yoga for self intimacy with abiola akanni. Abiola is an inspiring teacher we’ve been following for years. This class offers a well-rounded Vinyasa Flow, with some wisdom teaching at the top. Abiola, pictured here, is also founder of Trap Vinyasa, a body positive hip-hop yoga community. Highly recommend.
whole body practice with karen andersen. There’s a great studio in Port Moody, B.C., called Kushala that’s taken its yoga studio online recently. The instruction and quality is great. We love this class by Karen, a technical teacher, who’s really easy to follow. Find more in Kushala’s online library of classes.
well-rounded hatha class with rachel scott. We’ve come back to this free YouTube class a few times, and love it. A B.C.-fave teacher, Rachel has great energy and gives detailed cues. This class will leave you feeling spacious. Find more of Rachel’s classes here.
deep calm for pitta dosha with mara branscombe. A deeply relaxing and opening class, this is part of an Ayurveda yoga series Mara’s teaching on Gaia. Click here to explore this series and more from one of our fave teachers.
