The Veganuary challenge asks people to eat only plants for the month of January. The ultimate goal: to create a world without animal farms and slaughterhouses, where food production does not decimate forests, pollute rivers and oceans, exacerbate climate change, and drive wild animal populations to extinction. And the more people who go vegan, or who incorporate more plants and less meat into their diets, the closer this goal comes to fruition. But you don’t have to go it alone!
