Try This Mocktail Recipe In Dry January

Joining the Dry January crowd this month? We asked Toronto-based brand mixologist Evelyn Chick to share her recipes for the perfect at-home, alcohol-free cocktails using non-alcoholic, plant-based, sugar-free and calorie-free Seedlip spirits. Cheers! —Vita Daily

BE WELL COLLINS

1oz Seedlip Garden 108
1.5oz Fresh Pressed Green Juice
0.5oz Ginger Syrup
Juice of Half a Lime
Pinch of @saltypaloma Fiesta Rimmer
4 dashes @bittered_sling Cascade Celery Bitters
Fresh herbs (dill, mint, rosemary) and a lime wheel

Shake all ingredients in a shaker tin or mason jar. Strain into a rocks glass. Top with a splash of @fevertreemixers Indian Tonic. Stir to integrate bubbles. Garnish with fresh herbs, lime wheel.

GARDEN & LIGHT CUCUMBER

Seedlip Garden 108 : 60 ml (2 oz)
Fever-Tree Refreshingly light Cucumber Tonic
Ice
Cucumber Ribbons

Build all ingredients in a highball glass. Add ice. Gently stir to mix and serve, garnished with cucumber ribbons.

GROVE 42 & LIGHT TONIC

Seedlip Garden 42 : 60 ml (2 oz)
Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Tonic
Ice
Orange Slice

Build all ingredients in highball glass. Add ice. Gently stir to mix. Garnish with orange slice and serve.

SPICE MULE

Seedlip Garden 94 : 60 ml (2 oz)
Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Ginger Beer
Ice
Lime Wedge

Build all ingredients in highball glass. Add ice. Gently stir to mix and serve, garnished with lime.
