Celeb Fashion Collabs

May 2, 2022

When celebrities and their influential star power join forces with major fashion labels, magical things happen! From sportswear and casual shoes to limited edition sneakers and trademarked bags, these celeb fashion collabs are the perfect hybrids of high-quality style and posh Hollywood glam. —Jennifer Cox

Available through Gap Canada, the Athleta x Alicia Keys collection of workout clothing and loungewear was created with bold shapes, optimistic colours, and effortless layers in mind. Each piece is super soft and comfortable and can be worn solo or paired up for a smart-looking ensemble. The songstress said of the brand, “Embarking on my path toward well-being has meant honouring my truest, most vulnerable self. It’s why, together, we’re working to arm women and girls with the tools needed to step into our power, our potential, and our possibility.”

It might seem an unlikely combo, but when Karol G teamed up with Crocs fans of both went on a buying frenzy, and these seemingly “casual” shoes are currently sold out. The jaw-dropping, heel-lifting slip-ons come in two designs, one with enhanced rubber treads as well as custom Jibbitz charms and the other with edgier metal details.

Adidas and Bad Bunny’s shoes may be sold out, but you can add your name to their waiting list to get your own pair when the next batch is released. In the meantime, you can swoon over the silver metallic squiggly lines and super comfortable fit of these classic sneakers … in the picture here.

Glam and street-style collide with this apparel line from Reebok and Kardi B. Everything was designed in collaboration with Cardi to make a statement. There’s a wide range of sneakers in different colours and finishes in the collaboration, some great athleticwear, as well as the Classic Leather Cardi collection. And the best part is, the shoes even come in toddler and kid sizes, so the whole family can don this songstress’ creations.

In January, Balmain announced a unique collab with one of the most famous women in the world: Barbie. Not only do both brands love the colour pink, but the Balmain design team was also inspired by the Barbie universe’s familiar bright iconography, so badges, tees and hoodies cleverly channel the bold graphic. Many of the accessories are inventive fusions of Balmain’s signature bags and Barbie packaging—they’re not just fashion-forward chic but playful and fun too.
