    Unfortunately I’m supplementing my diet with iron pills. I love my cast iron pan but I’m not much for frying foods so I’d love a lucky fish.

    I try to get my daily dose of iron from chickpeas as meat is expensive but I don’t eat chickpeas every day so this would be a wonderful prize. Thank you. @soulseeker00

    I bake Kale with salt/olive oil. Its like eating kale chips. I take greens supplements (along with vitamin C for better absorption)
