Vancouver café chain Artigiano has tapped talented Canadian artists to create stunning indoor and outdoor art galleries by way of murals at each of its locations. These large-scale murals aim to capture the vibe of each café, creating a real sense of place and community and adding colour and art to your morning cup of joe.
ARTigiano, on the Wall, is a permanent initiative featuring nine mural artists from across Canada, and the cafés offer complimentary self-guided tour maps (downloadable from Artigiano’s website, too) so you can check out every stunning mural.
But the art-fun doesn’t stop there, with mural-styled coffee go-cups, limited-edition swag like tote bags, MiiR camp cups and flip traveller cups available for purchase in stores and online. Coolest part? Those profits are shared with the commissioned artists. —Catherine Dunwoody
